There are many kilometres of great walking, running and cycling tracks along the coastline, harbour and marina, with extensive views of the Solitary Islands Marine Park reefs and islands. Add to that hectares of lush open and shaded picnic and BBQ areas with children’s playground facilities and you have the perfect destination.
Enjoy Whale and Dolphin Watching and fantastic fishing charters from the International Marina along with diving, whitewater rafting in the turbulent Nymboida River. Hire a boat and take the family fishing for the day. We have top level surf schools where you can have a single or many lessons. Don’t forget fish feeding, kayaking, sailing, and canoe hire just in case you needed more.
For the lover of nature and scenery, we have a wonderful and diverse bird life, muttonbirds, rainforest, and our lookout at Sealy Lookout in the Bruxner Park Flora Reserve. A must is to visit Mutton Bird Island.
