Terms & Conditions

Full payment is taken on the day of arrival. If you are arriving after hours payment will be taken from credit card details supplied with the booking. EFTPOS and major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept AMEX or DINERS. All payments can also be made via direct bank transfer or cash. Presentation of a valid credit card on arrival is a condition of entry.

Payment/Cancellation Policy: Full Payment required 3 days prior to arrival outside of NSW School Holidays / 7 days prior to arrival within NSW School Holidays, Public Holidays and Special Events. NO REFUND or CHANGE OF DATE given if cancelled/changed within that time.

A card surcharge of 2.1% of your total stay will be charged on processing – if you do not wish to pay this surcharge please advise and we will forward the Bank Account Details to you for Direct Debit. Payment processing as per Payment/Cancellation Policy.

For the enjoyment of all residents and guests Pacific Towers Beach Resort holiday apartments are strictly non-smoking.

We strictly enforce a NO PARTY POLICY. Any guests breaking this policy will be evicted on the night and will not be entitled to any refund for the balance of their stay.

Security parking is under the apartment complex with a 1.9 metre clearance. One parking space per apartment is provided. The penthouse has two parking spaces provided. Further free onsite parking is available at the rear of the building. Guest park on-site at their own risk.

Bookings may be cancelled or modified up to 7 days before arrival date with no penalty. In the event of a no-show one night’s accommodation will be charged. During peak periods the full price of the accommodation may be charged for a no-show.

Check-in is generally from 2pm. We endeavour to have all units ready by 2pm but during busy periods this may not always be possible.

Check out is by 10am. A late check out may be available however fees may apply.

All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship, if requested.

Where possible management will endeavour to meet all booking requests unless circumstances beyond our control prevent this.

Making a reservation through any means is an automatic acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
